Refund/ Cancellation Policies

General Registrants:

With written notice before May 26, 2023, general Registered Attendees (not registrants whose registration is part of a Sponsorship benefit) who wish to cancel their registration, may transfer their general registration to an End User colleague who is a CoreNet Global member within the 6 ERS participating Chapters or, if the registrant is a service provider, to a colleague who is a service provider and a CoreNet Global member within the 6 ERS participating chapters.  Registration transfers must be made in writing directly to Rebecca Rodriguez at rebecca@fieldsadvisory.com and Karen Fields at karen@fieldsadvisory.com.


Sponsor Registrants:

With written notice, registrants who received their registration as part of a Sponsorship benefit from their firm, and wish to cancel their registration may transfer their registration to a colleague who is a CoreNet Global member within the 6 ERS participating Chapters.  End User Dinner registration will also transfer if the canceling party was registered to attend the dinner. Requests for registration transfers must be made in writing and directly to Rebecca Rodriguez at rebecca@fieldsadvisory.com and Karen Fields at karen@fieldsadvisory.com on or before May 26, 2023. 


COVID Policy:

The safety of our members and attendees will always be a priority and will guide any precautionary measures taken, or decisions made, relative to future events.

The ERS will follow the CDC Guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html, as of August 11, 2022, (updated regularly).  We will also follow the District of Columbia and George Washington University’s health and safety mandates for vaccine requirements and masks.  If changes are made to their current mask or vaccine policies, ERS will post those updates on our website and send an update to all registered attendees.

There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the event and masks will be available at ERS registration tables. 

Note: If you test positive for COVID-19 or are exhibiting symptoms, please isolate. If you test positive during the Eastern Regional Symposium, please notify Rebecca Rodriguez (rebecca@fieldsadvisory.com) immediately.

Entertainment Policies


Scheduled / Sanctioned Symposium Activities

The CoreNet Global Eastern Regional Symposium requires that no business, social or educational activity be scheduled that would in any way compete with the Symposium schedule of events for the duration of the conference. CoreNet Global Eastern Regional Symposium designates "free time" prior to or after the conference agenda so that members may schedule on-site or off-site social activities.

Private functions may not be held during the following designated times:

  • Monday, June 5, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 6, 2022, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. 

Enforcement/Penalties

Violations of this policy will be brought to the attention of the CoreNet Global Eastern Regional Symposium Co-Chairs. The Co-Chairs will review circumstances surrounding any violations and will determine whether penalties will be assessed.

Penalties

1. First Offense - loss of attendance at the next CoreNet Global Eastern Regional Symposium.

2. Second Offense - permanent loss of attendance at future CoreNet Global Eastern Regional Symposiums.


Recordings Policy

Recording, photographing, and interviewing are not allowed.

No attendee at a CoreNet Eastern Regional Symposium (ERS) may record, film, tape, photograph, interview, or use any other such media during any presentation, display or exhibit without the express, advance approval of a Learning Board/Program Chair and a second ERS Planning Group or Executive Committee member. This policy applies to all CoreNet Global members, non-members, guests and exhibitors, as well as members of the print, online or broadcast media.
