COVID Policy:

All attendees at the ERS will be required to sign an affidavit at on-site check-in attesting to the fact that they are not experiencing any Covid symptoms.  The affidavit will also require all attendees to attest that to the best of their knowledge they have not been in close contact with someone who has Covid for at least 5 days, and that if they have had Covid they have been symptom free for at least 5 days since being diagnosed and have received a negative self-test. We will have paper masks available throughout various convening locations throughout the conference.

End User Attendees Only

The ERS End User Dinner is being held at the beautiful event space of Aramark's HQ building. Yesterday, Aramark informed us that all guests to the dinner will be required to show proof of vaccine (actual or image) as well as their ERS badge in order to enter their facility.

While proof of vaccine is not required to attend the general ERS, we will need to comply with Aramark’s requirement for the End User Dinner.

Note that as we have indicated in previous communications, all ERS attendees will be required to sign a Health Declaration Form at on-site registration in order to attend the symposium. Click here to see the form and other policies/requirements: Health Declaration Form

Further, we will follow the CDC Guidelines (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html as of June 1, 2022.  We will also follow the City of Philadelphia and Drexel University’s health and safety mandates for vaccine requirements and masks.  If changes are made to their current mask or vaccine policies, ERS will post those updates on our website and send an update to all registered attendees.
